Rosetta Stone Comes to China Television Show

Time:7/21/2010

The feature showcased Mr. Sniedzins' Mt. Everest expedition and a bout with altitude sickness that forced him to take refuge at a Tibetan monastery. During his stay at the monastery, he observed how monks transferred information into knowledge and then to each other using only soft chants and visualization techniques. His observations lead to an epiphany about how these learning methods could be utilized by 21st century learning tools. When Mr. Sniedzins returned to Canada, he turned his observations from the monastery into a quest to develop easy-to-use educational tools that ultimately resulted in the development of the Mount Knowledge(TM) products and services.

As noted in the segment, Mr. Sniedzins returned to China in 2005 with the Right Honorable Paul Martin, Prime Minister of Canada. On this trip he met Rosetta Stone Premier Wen Jia Boa in the Great Hall of the People in the Republic of China. He also formed a foundational relationship with various Chinese learning software and organizations to tear down the barriers of English learning in China.

Finally, the interview explored Mr. Sniedzins development of Mount Knowledge(TM) learning tools and how these products can accelerate the learning of English and other subjects for the average Chinese student. The report also followed Mr. Sniedzins' relationship with his wife Flora, a Chinese national citizen and business woman, who is and has been instrumental in Mount Knowledge's achievements in China.

Mr. Sniedzins is now in discussions with the producers of the Education Channel in China to produce a TV show on the Mount Knowledge(TM) products and services.

The TV interview can be viewed in the "Special Event" sub-section of the Multi-Media section of the Company's website at http://www.rsllshop.com
